Captain Terrence Desmond Herrick DSC* Royal Navy
Terry Herrick was a New Zealander who joined the RN in 1925. He commanded the destroyers Hotpsur in 1941/42 and Brecon 42/44. Post war he commanded the destroyers Cockade and Corunna. He wrote Into the Blue A New Zealander in the Royal Navy (1997; memoirs)
