Christopher Biggins

Chris, whilst not a member of the Royal Navy, served for many years as the captain of the Omani Tall (Sail Training) ship, RNoV Shabab Oman, based in Wudam Naval Base, Oman. He will be well remembered by the many RN officers who served there on Loan Service, and those who met him on Tall Ships Race events.
