Commander Brian Hall MBE Royal Navy
He was the Engineer Officer of HMS Explorer, one of the two experimental HTP-fuelled S/Ms of the late 1950s, and wrote an interesting and pretty comprehensive account of the engineering trials and tribulations of those two craft in the May 2006 issue of the Naval Review
