Commodore Retd Manohar Banger Indian Navy

Manohar Banger was an IN Engineer Officer of the old school, intensely proud of his Navy and its very impressive development from its antecedents and fiercely loyal to it, although always plainly outspoken in his views. He was a very strong supporter of The Naval Review, and a promoter of it in his own service and a frequent contributor to it who will be much missed.
