Fess Parker

Served in the USNR from 1945-46. Represented the US (under President Ronald Reagan) during the Battle of the Coral Sea commemorative events in Australia during 1985. Turned down an opportunity to serve as an ambassador. More famously known for his TV roles as Daniel Boone, Davey Crockett and The Alamo.
