Harold William (‘”Harry”‘) Bullock RANVR
Joined the Australian Foreign Service after WW II and had many postings including assignments as an ambassador and high commisioner. Several postings to Buenos Aires as head of mission for his language proficiency. Active in the Australian-Iberian Association in the ACT.
