Lieutenant (jg) W Hochman USN (Rtd)

Bill Hochman's ship (USS LST 376) was sunk by an e-boat during the D-Day landings. He was rescued by HMS BEAGLE.  This event is described in Matthew Wills' article in the November 2017 issue of The Naval Review.  Bill Hochman was an Emeritus Professor of History at Colorado College, Colarado Springs.
