Miss Mary Plume MBE

I am certain that many Officers will recall Mary Plume who worked as the Assistant to the Employer Liaison Officer (Navy) in the MOD. In days gone by the ELO was employed by 2SL/NAVSEC and his role was to assist Naval Service Officers with their career transition from Military to Civilian life.

Mary Plume served for over thirty years as the assistant to no less than 6 ELO(N). She gave unstinting service to the Naval Service and I am sure that many members of the Review will have greatly benefited from her help as they changed careers.
