The UKHO has been informed of sad news of the passing away of Rear Admiral Sir David Haslam at his home in Bromsgrove.
Rear Admiral Sir David Haslam was Hydrographer at the UKHO from 12 September 1975 – 1 February 1985 and also a former President of the International Hydrographic Organisation .
