Vice Admiral Denis Bryan Harvey Wildish CB

Admiral Wildish has died aged 102.  Failing memory means that although I encountered him on a number of occasions I cannot now recall details but I do recall forming the impression that he was a thoroughly good egg.  My recollection is that at one time he was Admiral Superintendent of one of the dockyards, probably Devonport.  He was a talented painter in watercolour.
