By the Editor: It is August 1919. The author provides the conclusion to his trilogy of articles recounting the exploits of the RN in the Baltic in 1919, with the raiders recovering from the Kronstadt raid; all at a time where the future Europe is beginning to take shape following the First World War. These events undoubtedly shaped history in the Baltic but more, it recounts levels of commitment, courage, adaptability and cooperation that is much a lesson today as it was 100 years ago.
