Sir, – In light of 1SL’s recent piece on ‘Lead, Fight, Win’ [114/2, p. 176], I thought it worth highlighting something. In my conversations around wardrooms and tea boats, I sense a certain apprehension about how Junior Officers (especially Warfare Officers) might fit into the Hybrid Navy. Hence this letter.
