The Admiralty ‘Interview’ Board is not fit for Purpose

It is news to no one reading this that the RN has an exceptionally long history; one in which time and experience have led to countless changes in the way we operate. The sinking of hundreds of ships has led to the highly advanced damage control procedures of today, and the failures of the past have led to modern leadership doctrine and training methods.
