The Wartime Friendship Between Prime Minister Churchill and Capt J C Leach MVO DSO RN

The first wartime meeting between Churchill and Roosevelt took place at Placentia Bay in Newfoundland over three days, 9-12 August 1941. Their meeting became known as The Atlantic Conference.
