By the Editor – Continuing this long running strand on issues surrounding the moral component of fighting power, I have decided to temporarily pause the series ‘Finding Courage’ to interject, in this edition, more thoughts on leadership – this time from an author whose experience spans both the public and private sector at very senior levels, and who honestly apprises us of his personal experience of success and failure in leadership.
