According to the UK Armed Forces Biannual Diversity Statistics, as of 1 April 2018 female representation in the UK Regular Forces stood at 10.4 per cent, up 0.2 per cent on the previous year (9.4 per cent RN, 9.3 per cent Army and 14.1 per cent RAF). For Reservists this was 14.3 per cent, up 0.3 per cent in a year (14.5 per cent Navy, 13.6 per cent Army and 20.8 per cent RAF).
