DRONES On 19 August, the Sunday Times reported that Ukraine has used drones manufactured by two UK companies as part of its deep strike campaign against Russia. The Russian embassy in London said that these reports ‘confirm that London is deliberately opting for an escalation of the Ukraine crisis’. Britain was ‘seeking to inflict maximum damage on Russia by proxy. London’s actions would inevitably carry consequences for which it will have to answer.
