By the Editor – Oft quoted in this }ournal is Mark Twain’s maxim about history always rhyming. And if one fails to reftect on history, as the author succinctly highlights below, one shouldn’t be surprised by turns of events – too much wishful thinking leads to strategies built on the shifting sands of hope.
