I fear cries of Happy New Year are behind us, but may I offer all of you every good wish this 2024. As seems to be the case with me, three quick things for my introduction. First, a health report. While we are far from out of the woods, the Trustees, Executive and I believe that we are turning this super tanker around. We now have good management information and understand financials much better.
