By the Editor – As a continuation of the discussion on innovation (‘The Changing Culture of Innovation’ NR108/2 p185) this article discusses another approach to that changing culture. The Editorial comment to that earlier article contained a quote, “learning and innovation go hand in hand. The arrogance of success is to think that what you did yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow.” That quote remains as true today as it was in the 19th Century.
