By the Editor – It is time the pages of this journal addressed, in depth, the issues of diversity and discrimination in 21st Century that has, beyond Covid-19, been in the van of national debate this year. I believe we must suggest ways of improving inclusivity and not be afraid to call-out where policy appears misguided, and not be afraid to stick our heads above the parapet in our ‘woke’, lobby group and social media skewed world.
