Falklands Conflict remembered – Captain Robin Shercliff RN

The Naval Review is indebted to Captain Shercliff RN for sharing his Falklands story.  As Commander Air (‘Wings’) of HMS HERMES in 1982, he shares his fascinating recollections of the conflict as the Officer responsible for the airborne fighting effect of an Aircraft Carrier in combat including the preparations for war, combat operations ‘down south’ and their safe return home.
