Sir, – Dangerous waters these, but might I have the temerity to suggest that possibly our Printers could be invited to see if the quality of the photographic reproductions in the Review could be improved? They are uniformly gloomy at present (for want of a technical term – possibly ‘over-exposed’ might suffice). In the Autumn 2020 Review it is accepted that the images in the Taranto article must be eighty years old, but the same cannot be said (for example) of the disappointing picture of the F35Bs and HMS Queen Elizabeth on page 535.
