The ‘Art of Admiralty’ and the digital Black Jellyfish

‘Black Jellyfish’ are issues we think we know about and understand, but which turn out to be more complex and uncertain, sometimes with a long tail and nasty sting at the end.[1] They are likely to have the greatest impact.
